We accept returns and exchanges, all requests are to be raised within 14 working days of receiving your orders.
All items are to be returned in its original brand-new condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with its original tags. We do reserve the final right, for any returns that are deemed not meet to its original condition.
You are allowed to exchange for another item if the purchased item you wish to exchange is out of stock. And only allow an exchange for a product of equal or higher value for a one-time exchange.
If the price of the exchange item exceeds the original item that you purchased. You are required to pay for the excess. However, if the exchange items are lower priced items, no refunds are allowed.
All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.
Delivery Fee is applied for replacing the new items.
